Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Client Acquisition Specialist at First 4 Recruitment Ltd. The role is primarily located in Oldham but allows for some remote work. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting market research, managing programs, and utilising strong communication skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Develop personalized pitches and proposals to showcase our value proposition.
