Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise private capital clients on a broad range of tax matters (compliance & advisory)
  • Take the lead in client meetings, providing clear and commercially aware advice
  • Deliver high-quality work, on time and aligned with client expectations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to help them achieve their career goals
  • Lead and contribute to business development, pitches, and proposals
  • Actively cross-sell services and work collaboratively across the wider tax network
What We’re Looking For:
  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial business clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax (and ideally, exposure to international tax concepts)
  • Experience reviewing work and leading teams in a professional services environment
  • Excellent client communication and business development skills
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues succeed
