Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Plymouth Contract Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday About us Firntec Ltd is a building safety consultancy providing a variety of building compliance service currently specialising in fire safety working and operating nationally in a variety of sectors providing technical consultancy services. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a vital role within the business identifying large new quotable opportunities, through initial telemarketing and introduction meetings with potential clients. Responsibilities will include: Daily telemarketing to booking introductory meetings with potential clients Identifying and contacting new leads Putting together bespoke meeting presentations for clients Meeting clients virtually over Microsoft teams to introduce Firntec and understand the clients challenges then identifying the new quoting opportunities Gathering relevant information from clients to put together a quotation Researching and putting together comprehensive quotation proposals for clients Consistent and frequent reporting to managers against daily KPIs for Number of Attending Exhibitions to identify new opportunities and network We’re looking for candidates who have the following skills and experience: Previous business development experience is essential Strong communication and teamwork skills Highly Self Motivated and confident Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills What’s in it for you: Generous basic salary dependent on experience Excellent commission opportunities with long-term client contracts Established leading business Ability to purchase additional annual leave Healthcare scheme Regular company events Cycle to work scheme Company reward scheme (vouchers, etc) Firntec Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
