Due to continued growth, we are excited to be expanding our Sales Team. Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, you will be goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level. Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls for Gas and Electricity customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections.
  • Skilled in dealing with vulnerable customers.
  • Meet all business KPI’s.
  • Adhere to industry regulations.
  • Manage all customer interactions.
  • Promote the firmus brand in a positive way.
  • Deliver professional and accurate information to all our potential customers.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by the Telesales Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 6 months direct sales experience in a contact centre (inbound or outbound), customer retention or another customer facing direct sales role.
  • Proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive approach.
