Role Overview
Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, you will be goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level. As a Telesales Executive at firmus energy, you will be part of a new team that is all about hitting targets and growing together. Role Responsibilities
- Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls for Gas and Electricity customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections.
- Skilled in dealing with vulnerable customers.
- Meet all business KPIs.
- Adhere to industry regulations.
- Manage all customer interactions.
- Promote the firmus brand in a positive way.
- Deliver professional and accurate information to all our potential customers.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Telesales Team Leader or Sales Manager.
