Our prestige client based in Aylesford Kent, deals with hire equipment for ventilation, heating, and water treatment. They are looking for 2 x warehouse dispatch operatives to join their team in early 2026.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our dispatch team. In this role, you’ll prepare hire equipment for dispatch — ensuring everything is clean, complete, safe, and ready for delivery.
The Role:
- Check, clean and functional-test equipment before dispatch.
- Fit required accessories and assemble part-build kits to customer specifications.
- Pick and pack hire orders accurately, following dispatch notes or system lists.
- Perform quality checks and label items correctly.
- Work with the hire desk, drivers, and warehouse team to coordinate timely dispatch.
- Keep the warehouse organised and safe; assist with general duties like goods-in and stock rotation.
- Stock management.
- Forklift duties.
Suitable Candidate:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Forklift licence and supervisory experience are a plus (but not required).
- Good communication skills and ability to use email/Teams/calls to coordinate.
- A positive, safety-conscious attitude and strong organisational ability.
