Job Purpose
To provide a visible , trusted, and proactive HR advisory service that puts employees at the heart of every interaction while enabling leaders to build engaged, capable and high-performing teams.
The HR Advisor will act as first point of contact for associates and managers, offering timely guidance, practical solutions, and consistent support across the employee lifecycle.
Working in partnership with the Director of HR & Sustainability , Europe, the role will add value by strengthening employee experience, supporting fair and effective people practices, improving organisational capability and ensuring HR activity is aligned with my clients values, business priorities and commitment to creating a positive place to work.

- Undertake any HR duties as reasonably requested by Director of HR & Sustainability, Europe.

Suitable Candidate
- Experienced HR Advisor level 5 or working towards this certificate
- Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience ideally within manufacturing, operational, or multi-site environment
- Significant employee relations experience, including managing complex cases with fairness, confidence, sensitivity, and sound judgment.
- Clear concise and empathetic communications skills, with the ability to explain HR matters in a practical and supportive way.
- Computer literate- Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience running a payroll is an advantage
- Effect at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
