Operating for over 50 years, this family-owned organization has achieved an impressive year-on-year profitable growth over the last five years, with turnover exceeding £20m. My client is now seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant/PA to join their ambitious team and continue the success and growth of a great company.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: 23 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance etc.
The nearest tube station is Denmark Hill, and my client is a fifteen minute walk from the station.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role providing high-level support to the CEO. Every day offers variety, making it an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in an engaging corporate environment. The role requires some flexibility out of hours, and some international travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive PA and administrative assistance to the CEO and Board members.
- Calendar Management: Oversee complex diary management, scheduling, and strategic time optimization.
- Meeting Administration: Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, compile briefing packs, and record accurate minutes.
- Travel Logistics: Manage full domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Documentation: Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality presentations, spreadsheets, and corporate correspondence.
- Financial Admin: Reconcile corporate credit cards and process executive expense claims.
- Project Oversight: Assist with the coordination and tracking of ongoing business projects.
- Event Planning: Organise team meetings, internal corporate conferences, and company events.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as a professional primary point of contact for external clients and internal colleagues.
Strong experience around systems and presentations required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven Experience: A strong track record as an EA, PA, or senior administrator supporting Board-level stakeholders and CEO.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage shifting priorities seamlessly within a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion: Absolute commitment to maintaining confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact.
- Autonomy: Highly competent and confident working with minimal supervision.
- Organization: Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel with good experience around systems and presentations.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to undertake occasional travel for work when required.
