We have 1 permanent vacancy within the Operations Support Department working on dayshift.

• Co-ordinate facilities maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist in the Preparation of the weekly facilities schedule.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other site building services and systems.
• Defining the scope of the job for a RAPTW and using this scope to request permits in an electronic permit system.
• Guarantee quality of completed Facilities jobs and return to service.
• Suggest improvements to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure that contractors are provided with information and equipment to enable them to operate in accordance with Quality, Health, Environment and Safety guidelines and instructions.

• The successful candidate would be required to have a recognized qualification in Construction or equivalent or equivalent relevant industrial experience.
• Other essential behaviors are: planning, organizational and practical problem-solving skills.
• Being a team player.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications.
