As a Receptionist at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and attention to detail in the front office area
