As Head Concierge, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. This is a hands-on management role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team of ambitious, friendly, and hardworking individuals dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the concierge desk.
- Overseeing all guest arrivals and departures.
- Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting guests with their luggage.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Junior Concierges and luggage porters.
What you Need:
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- A minimum of three years experience in a similar role or as a Senior Concierge in a 5* hotel; a Gold Key certification is an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A passion for providing first-class customer service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mind-set with a warm and impeccable presentation.
- A clean UK driving license.
