We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Housekeeper to join our highly successful team at the Covent Garden Hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring our hotel maintains its impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and the Head Housekeeper to lead and manage the housekeeping team.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our stringent quality criteria.
  • Provide guidance and support to the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle guest requests and address any issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
