Shop Kit Kemp Retail Assistant

Terms: Full-time(40 hours per week), Tuesday – Saturday, 9.45am – 6.15pm. Flexibility for seasonaldemand and occasional late-night shopping events is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are lookingfor a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Retail Assistant to join usat the Shop Kit Kemp store in Ham Yard, London. ( https://shop.kitkemp.com/ )

With excellentcustomer service experience and a warm and friendly personality, you will greetall clients and ensure they receive a 5-star service whilst in the store. Thisis an exciting opportunity for a versatile individual who lives and breathesthe Kit Kemp philosophy - championing British craftsmanship, interiorexcellence and an uncompromising attention to detail to the highestprofessional standard.

As the face ofthe brand, you will provide an intuitive experience for both store customersand hotel guests. You are someone who is comfortable working both as part of ateam and independently, with the self-motivation to maintain impeccablestandards when working alone. RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a warm,intuitive and seamless 5-star customer experience ensuring every customer feelswelcomed, cared for and well-informed.

Demonstrateexceptional knowledge of all Shop Kit Kemp retail categories, includingfurniture, home accessories, art, gifting, dining, fragrance and bath &body, as well as customisation services and customer in-store events.

Actively driveretail performance by confidently recommending products, converting browsinginto sales and supporting daily or weekly retail targets.

Manage furnitureconsultation bookings by coordinating with our head office team, ensuring thestore is prepared for appointments.

Liaise closelywith the head office team to ensure smooth daily operations, regular inventorychecks and replenishment orders.

Coordinate withthe Ham Yard Hotel team to ensure guest orders and requests are followed up andimplemented promptly.

Maintainimpeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across theretail floor and stock hold areas in line with visual merchandising guidelines.

Ensure customercalls and email enquiries are completed accurately and stored in line withcompany procedures.

Support thewider retail and creative teams with operational tasks, stock management, dailychecklists and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Assist within-store events, including setup, hosting and ensuring guests feel supportedand engaged.

SKILLS YOU WILLBRING

Experiencewithin a luxury retail, design or interiors environment would be an advantage.

Strong customerservice and communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience.

A brand championwho believes wholeheartedly in the uniqueness of the Kit Kemp brand andproducts.

Attention todetail for accurate stock management, inventory control and shop floorpresentation.

Strongorganisational and time management skills for handling customer queries and salestargets.

Ability tohandle customer feedback and complaints professionally, with asolution-oriented approach.

Naturalmulti-tasker with a can-do, flexible attitude and positive energy.

Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively without constantsupervision.
