We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Restaurant Reservations Manager to lead our central reservations team, overseeing bookings for seven restaurants and bars across our London hotel portfolio. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless guest experience while driving service excellence and revenue optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive, hands-on experience with SevenRooms, including system administration, guest profile management, pacing strategies, and multi-outlet integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a central reservations team.
- Manage all restaurant and bar reservations across multiple London hotel venues using SevenRooms as the primary system.
- Serve as the SevenRooms superuser, overseeing daily system operations, configuration, table mapping, pacing rules, automations, and user training.
- Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and Restaurant Managers to maximise covers, seating efficiency, and reduce no-shows.
- Coordinate all Food & Beverage event bookings, including wine dinners, seasonal activations, book salons, and venue takeovers.
- Ensure smooth handover of guest and event details to on-site teams.
- Maintain and enhance guest profiles and dining histories to support personalisation and guest loyalty.
- Analyse SevenRooms data and reporting to inform reservation strategy and improve the guest journey.
- Partner with marketing to support campaigns, manage prepaid experiences, and enhance platform visibility.
- Monitor and manage availability and business levels across all booking channels, including OpenTable, DesignMyNight, TheFork, and Virgin Experience
