As a Luggage Porter at Charlotte Street Hotel, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our concierge desk and the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Collaborate closely with the concierge desk to fulfil guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanour, providing assistance and guidance to guests as needed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness in all guest areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and cohesive guest experience.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
  • Embrace our culture of continuous improvement, contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

What you Need

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • A valid UK Driving License (manual required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Impeccable presentation and a warm, welcoming demeanour.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
