We are looking for a vibrant Receptionist to become a vital part of our esteemed team at Number Sixteen Hotel.

As a Part-time (24 hours) Receptionist at Number Sixteen Hotel, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our establishment.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels at home and well taken care of.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Responding to guest inquiries promptly and accurately, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Assisting guests with special requests and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Collaborating closely with our front office team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Upholding impeccable standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.
