As a Receptionist, you will be more than just a face at the front desk; you will be the welcoming presence that sets the tone for our guests\’ experiences
Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive
• Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating and exceeding guests\’ needs
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
• Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk and overall hotel operations

What you Need:

• A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to excellence
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required
