As a Night Concierge, you will bea vital part of our team, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding serviceduring the overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the concierge desk in the absence of the wider team throughoutthe night.
- Answering incoming calls and addressing guest inquiries promptly andprofessionally.
- Assisting guests with their luggage and providing support with check-insand check-outs.
- Responding to and fulfilling guest requests with efficiency and apositive attitude.
- Upholding our high standards of service and presentation to creatememorable experiences for our guests.
