Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily meals for our teammembers, ensuring a variety of nutritious and delicious options.
- Cook and serve meals during designated servicetimes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items asneeded to ensure all team members are well fed and satisfied.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in thefamily room kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at alltimes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to developseasonal menus and special offerings for staff meals.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff andother team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Assist with inventory management, includingordering and stock rotation, to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
