We have anexciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our highly successful team atHam Yard Hotel. In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamickitchen brigade, contributing to the creation of exceptional culinaryexperiences. You will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring thehighest standards of food preparation, and delivering exquisite dishes forbreakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Responsibilities:

• Confidentlyoversee kitchen operations, maintaining a high standard of efficiency andprecision.
• Lead andsupervise a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Monitorand manage stock levels within your section, ensuring timely ordering andminimal wastage.
• Demonstrateexcellent attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation andpresentation.
• Exhibit agenuine passion for creating exceptional dishes, staying updated with culinarytrends and innovations.
• Utilisestrong organisational and communication skills to coordinate with other teammembers and ensure smooth service flow.

What you Need:

• Provenexperience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchenenvironment.
• Exceptionalorganisational and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlesslywithin a team.
• Ameticulous eye for detail, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
• Capabilityto supervise and motivate a small team, leading by example.
• Competencein monitoring and ordering stock efficiently.
