As the Room Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our room service department. Responsibilities- Oversee the daily management and operation of the room service department.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, effectively communicating with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver seamless and high-quality service.
- Ensure the completion of daily tasks and uphold the company's standards of excellence.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting staff retention and development.
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor in a fast‐paced, luxury venue.
- A strong passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, motivating, and developing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of service meets our high standards.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.75 - £17.75 inclusive of service charge.
