As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities, working closely with senior management and team members to maintain the highest standards of service and exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring their experience is exceptional.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct daily briefings, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work alongside the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all food and drink offerings meet our exacting standards of quality.
  • Effectively communicate any guest feedback or operational issues to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings competitive and appealing.

What you Need

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • An understanding of the current market and awareness of potential competitors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
