Responsibilities
- Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

What you Need
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Hotel Receptionist, or Night Receptionist is essential. Familiarity with the Opera system is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, a professional telephone manner, superb attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask.
- A warm, friendly, confident personality with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences, plus strong personal presentation and resilience for a fast-paced environment.
