As a Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient overnight operation of the hotel. This position requires a versatile individual who can adapt to various scenarios across multiple departments, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.. .
Responsibilities
- * Manage the hotel's overnight activities, ensuring all departments operate seamlessly..
- * Serve as the primary point of contact between guests, the General Manager, and the operational team..
- * Continuously monitor and uphold our high service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience..
- * Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night..
- * Conduct regular health and safety inspections to maintain compliance and safety standards..
- * Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members..
- * Deliver and sustain outstanding levels of customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns with professionalism..
- * Provide operational support across all departments as needed, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations..
- * Execute the night audit process and generate nightly reports for senior management review..
What you Need
- * Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Department in a 5-star hotel environment..
- * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff..
- * Exceptional attention to detail, driven by a commitment to delivering high standards..
- * Strong leadership and motivational abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding the team..
- * Resilient and proactive, with a strong drive to get things right the first time..
- * Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable..
