As a ReceptionSupervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive aninspirational and memorable experience. You will lead and support our frontoffice team, ensuring that every interaction with guests is delivered withwarmth, confidence, and impeccable presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliverexceptional service to our guests, making each stay unforgettable.
- Supportand supervise the front office team, fostering a collaborative and motivatedenvironment.
- Maintainhigh standards in guest services and presentation, ensuring every detail isperfect.
- Managefront office operations efficiently, ensuring smooth and seamless guestexperiences.
- Engagewith guests and team members confidently, resolving any issues withprofessionalism and care.
What you Need:
- A keenwillingness to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Previousexperience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Impeccablepresentation and a welcoming demeanour.
- A passionfor maintaining high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
