As a Night Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concierge desk during evening hours.

From warmly welcoming guests to assisting with luggage and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs, you'll be the reassuring presence that ensures our guests feel attended to and cared for throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the concierge desk independently during evening shifts, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing personalised attention and anticipating their needs.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring their belongings are safely transported to their rooms.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a proactive and accommodating attitude.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of presentation and professionalism at all times, embodying warmth and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
