Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard.
  • Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented in accordance with our stringent quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
  • Contributing creatively to menu development and daily specials.
  • Upholding all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe kitchen environment.
