We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team at the Haymarket Hotel.

As a Junior Sous Chef at the Haymarket Hotel, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our Head Chef and culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests, whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen during service times, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Lead and motivate a small team of chefs, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
  • Oversee stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure your section is well-equipped and ready for service.
  • Maintain our high standards of food quality and presentation, paying attention to detail in every dish.
  • Keep the kitchen organised and efficient, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional guest experiences.
