We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Head Bartender to lead our talented bar team and elevate our guests' experiences with creative and delicious beverages.

As the Head Bartender at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be the driving force behind our bar's success. You will lead by example, ensuring that every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience through expertly crafted drinks and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire the bar team to achieve excellence and maintain high standards of service.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure the bar operates smoothly.
  • Continuously develop new drink recipes and concepts to keep the bar menu fresh and exciting.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the bar area.

  • Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
