We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our highly successful team at Ham Yard Hotel.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic kitchen brigade, contributing to the creation of exceptional culinary experiences.

You will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, and delivering exquisite dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently oversee kitchen operations, maintaining a high standard of efficiency and precision.
  • Lead and supervise a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels within your section, ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for creating exceptional dishes, staying updated with culinary trends and innovations.
  • Utilise strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate with other team members and ensure smooth service flow.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
  • Capability to supervise and motivate a small team, leading by example.
  • Competence in monitoring and ordering stock efficiently.
