As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our bar. Your leadership will ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service, with every cocktail and glass of wine served to perfection. You'll collaborate closely with senior management and team members to maintain our standards and exceed guest expectations consistently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the bar and bar floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on service standards and product knowledge to team members.
  • Prepare detailed shift handover reports to maintain continuity and consistency.
  • Perform cashing up procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance upselling and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu and wine list to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Assist the Bar Manager with stock take and ordering to ensure optimal inventory levels.
What you Need:
  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • An excellent understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Superb attention to detail, driven by a commitment to exceptional standards.
