FirmBooks provides white-label bookkeeping, VAT returns and year-end accounts for UK accounting practices β€” all delivered under each practice's own brand. We help practice owners handle overflow work without hiring, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a driven SDR to fuel that growth.

You'll own the top of our sales funnel from scratch:

  • Research and build your own prospect lists of UK accounting practices using LinkedIn, online directories, professional bodies and web research.
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email and phone to spark interest and start conversations.
  • Keep the CRM clean and up to date with every prospect and interaction.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable researching online and reaching out via LinkedIn, email and phone.
  • Good written English and professional tone.
  • Previous SDR, telesales, appointment-setting or lead-generation experience; experience with prospecting and list-building tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist or similar); CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Pipedrive); any exposure to B2B, professional services or the accounting world.
  • Driving Licence.

Salary: Β£45,000 base, depending on experience. Remote or hybrid working. This is a senior sales role.
