The Role
- Liaise with our world-class customers through emails, messaging, phone & providing accurate information & support
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently & professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction to our world-class Trust Pilot rating
- Building long term relationships with new & existing customers
- Perform data entry to maintain customer service delivery times
- Tracking & resolving issues with our courier
- Eloquent written & verbal communication skills to our high spend customer base
- Creating new CS processes for consistency & repeatability
