As a result of recent contract awards we are looking to expand our team in 2026, as such we invite applicants to apply for a position to join our Mechanical Contracts Team within our Head Office where we provide total engineering support to our directly employed Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineers, including:

  • Contract Management Teams
  • Design Department
  • Estimating Department
  • CAD / BIM Management Teams

At this time we are seeking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, a good team player but equally able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate should be capable of demonstrating previous successful experience of managing Mechanical projects, to be able to work under their own initiative from receipt of initial design brief to completion of the design for implementation by our contract management and site operating teams.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience and trade qualifications representative of a Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services), educated to HND / HNC or degree level in Building Services Engineering. Excellent knowledge of Building Services Design.
