Service Technician – CNC Machines
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician, providing installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair CNC machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
- Install and fit replacement parts to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic interfacing.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to ensure machines are fully operational.
- Train customers on machine operation and routine maintenance.
- Complete service reports and PDI documentation accurately.
- Liaise with customers and provide excellent technical support.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company and customer Health & Safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience servicing or maintaining CNC machinery or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer site visits.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/required if applicable)
