We are looking for a qualified Architect with strong UK project experience to join our growing team based across Birmingham and Coventry. This role would suit someone confident in leading and coordinating projects through all RIBA work stages, with particular emphasis on technical delivery, consultant coordination, and client liaison. The successful candidate must have proven experience working on UK-based projects and a strong understanding of UK planning, Building Regulations, and construction processes.

Key Requirements

  • ARB registered Architect
  • RIBA Part 1, 2 and 3 qualified (or equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
  • UK project experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and construction standards
  • Experience coordinating consultants and wider design teams
  • Ability to manage projects and communicate directly with clients
  • Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience producing technical and construction drawing packages
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages from inception to completion
  • Coordinate design teams and external consultants
  • Attend and chair design team and site meetings
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities
  • Produce planning, tender and technical construction information
  • Support Building Regulations submissions and approvals
  • Assist with contract administration and project delivery
  • Maintain project programmes and project documentation

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Previous experience delivering projects within the UK market is mandatory
