This is a part time, office based role with flexibility around school drop off, family responsibilities, or other life commitments. Responsibilities
- The focus of the role is on relationship driven growth.
- You will help develop new partnerships with public and private organisations with aligned objectives.
- You will develop new corporate relationships that strengthen and develop the Estate’s businesses and the estate business community network.
- You will promote Firle Place for private and corporate events and its unique event spaces including its 300 acre parkland.
- You will play a pivotal role strengthening the Firle brand through thoughtful, well judged marketing and PR.
- This role is ideal for someone who prefers welly boots and country walks to London commutes, who works well as part of a small friendly team and values long term relationships, authenticity, and reputation over quick wins.

- Build and develop new corporate and event based business opportunities.
- Create and nurture relationships with corporate clients and public organisations with aligned objectives.
- Lead marketing and PR activity, including social media, press releases, and targeted advertising.
- Support sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Help develop the brand building on its reputation.
- Use and grow your existing professional network in a meaningful way.
- Contribute ideas that support long term, sustainable growth.
