About the Role

We are looking for a Resource Management Specialist for a six‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC). You will bridge the gap between manual processes and a scalable, tech‑enabled model by designing, building, and piloting an automated self‑service resource management system that provides visibility across all production types from campaign bursts to always‑on content. This role is critical for solving visibility gaps within the EU XCM team, ensuring we can plan capacity, scale efficiently, and link investment directly to our creative output.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit current resourcing workflows across internal teams (Creative, Design, CM/CPM) and external vendors to identify pain points.
  • Map resource demand across all creative workstreams, including campaign, category, and mid‑funnel programs.
  • Design and build an automated self‑service resource management system, prioritising the use of existing tools for speed and efficiency.
  • Define resource allocation frameworks, capacity models, and forecasting tools to enable proactive planning.
  • Create self‑service dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into capacity versus demand.
  • Establish clear governance for resource requests, prioritisation trade‑offs, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers, Media leads, and vendor partners to align resourcing with global timelines.
  • Drive system adoption through hands‑on training, onboarding, and active change management.
  • Track and report on system performance and efficiency gains, identifying further opportunities for AI and automation.

The essentials:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or resource/workforce management.
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to audit complex workflows and design scalable, automated solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with resource management tools and workflow automation, with a tech‑first mindset.
  • Project Management: Strong delivery skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise progress over perfection.
  • Change Management: Proven ability to drive behavioural change and ensure new systems are actually used.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors in an ambiguous environment.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to define KPIs and use data to optimise resource allocation.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Experience specifically within a digital‑first advertising agency or marketing operations environment.
  • A background in AI‑driven process improvement.
