Our fire suppression systems keep businesses, people, and equipment safe by automatically detecting and suppressing fires in high-risk equipment, like CNC machines, vehicles, heavy equipment, electrical cabinets, and wind turbines. What you\’ll be doing

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you\’re a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for shipping our products to international and domestic locations as well as arranging and receiving in parts from across the globe.

A day in your life might include

• Gathering weight and dimension data to package shipments and obtain shipping quotes
• Creating documents for international shipping, including dangerous goods decks
• Working with freight forwarders to secure pick up from Firetrace facilities
• Receiving inbound product and validating the goods match the purchase order

• Commitment to provide excellent communication with our internal and external customers
• Willingness to work cross functionally with sales and customer service
• Self-starting, take charge, ownership mentality
