As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious, driven, and customer-focused individual to help identify and convert new business opportunities while building lasting customer relationships.

We are growing at pace. That growth brings opportunity, investment, and the chance to shape how our operations work for the future. Our warehouse network is central to that journey, and we are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who wants to lead from the front, build strong teams, and help us scale sustainably.

As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the day to day operation of our Ystrad warehouse while helping shape the future of our wider depot network. You’ll lead a growing team, maintain excellent stock control, and ensure goods flow safely and efficiently from receipt through to dispatch. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll balance operational delivery with continuous improvement, using data, systems, and people leadership to drive performance. You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Customer Services to support wider business projects and expansion plans.

If you enjoy building teams, improving processes, and being trusted to make things better, this role offers real scope to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end to end warehouse operation, from goods in to dispatch, ensuring safe and efficient flow
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, stock visibility, and ERP/WMS data integrity
  • Optimise warehouse layout, workflow, and space utilisation as volumes grow
  • Drive OTIF delivery performance, picking accuracy, and internal cycle times
  • Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Stock Controllers
  • Deliver daily briefings, performance reviews, and support recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Support depot launches, remote site operations, and wider supply chain projects
  • Work cross functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Customer Care, and IT
  • Control costs, manage courier relationships, and ensure a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership capability with the confidence to lead change and growth
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • A practical continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong data and reporting capability to support decision making
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice
  • Confidence using ERP and warehouse management systems

Ideal profile:

  • Experienced warehouse leader who enjoys building and developing teams
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, performance, and operational targets
  • Experienced in driving process improvement while maintaining engagement
  • Confident working across departments and with senior stakeholders
  • Structured, calm, and decisive under pressure
  • Adaptable and open to change in a growing business
  • Interested in long term progression into multi-site or senior operations roles

Why You’ll Love Working for Us

  • Competitive pay package with profit share opportunity
  • Be part of a fast-paced, high-impact team delivering products that protect lives
  • Collaborative, supportive environment with strong team culture
  • Modern purpose-built office and warehouse, with free on-site parking
  • Work in a role where every day you make a difference for our customers
