The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of passive fire protection projects, ensuring the successful implementation of fire safety measures in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications / Work Experience
- Evidence of experience in a Contracts Manager role.
- Hold professional qualifications with The Institution of Fire Engineers, ASFP or equivalent.
- Hold professional qualification in management and leadership.
- Evidence of experience in Fire Safety.

- In accordance with the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work (Guernsey) Regulations, you must take reasonable care not to endanger yourself or other persons whilst at work.
- You must fully co-operate with the Company to enable it to comply with its legal duties.
- You are required to work to the conditions which are clearly laid-out in the Firesafe, 'Health & Safety Policy' document 'Issue No. 01' (and any future revisions).
