Role Summary
Firerite (UK) Ltd is looking for a Consultancy Department Admin Assistant to support the delivery of our fire safety consultancy services, including Fire Risk Assessments and training coordination.
This is a busy, customer-facing role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and consultancy services
- Coordinate surveys, subcontractors, and job schedules
- Manage client communication via phone and shared inbox
- Schedule jobs and issue documents using SimPRO
- Assist with fire safety training bookings and delivery
- Liaise with internal teams to support service delivery and upselling
Key Skills & Attributes
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Highly organised with strong admin and customer service skills
- Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
Qualifications & Experience (Desirable but Not Essential)
- Experience in compliance, consultancy, or service coordination is an advantage
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
