This role offers the opportunity to drive one of the most important growth channels at Firenze: building and scaling financial adviser partnerships across leading adviser platforms. You will be responsible for originating, developing, and growing relationships with financial advisers, IFAs and planners to drive loan origination and expand the Firenze loan book. The Adviser Partnerships Manager will focus on originating and growing adviser relationships via platform distribution (Model A). This is a commercially driven role with a strong emphasis on business development, sales execution, and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for building a pipeline of adviser firms, converting them into active users of Firenze, and driving consistent loan origination through education, engagement, and structured sales activity. A key part of the role is education, enablement, and long‑term engagement. Revenue is driven through client adoption over time, rather than one‑off transactions, so building sustained usage is critical. You will operate with a clear commercial mandate, working closely with the Head of Revenue, Credit, and Partnerships teams to embed Lombard lending into adviser workflows and create repeatable growth across platform ecosystems.

Location: London – minimum 3 days a week in our London (Bank) office, with travel to partner firms across the UK

  • Develop go‑to‑market strategies within each platform ecosystem
  • Identify high‑potential firms and segments to prioritise

  • Support advisers in identifying client opportunities and progressing cases
  • Own and deliver against individual revenue and origination targets
  • Deliver training, webinars, and workshops to advisers
  • Position Lombard lending as a core tool in client planning (tax year‑end, liquidity, etc.)
  • Create repeatable engagement strategies to drive ongoing usage
  • Actively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring strong follow‑up and momentum
  • Work closely with credit and operations to progress deals efficiently
  • Balance persistence with relationship management to maximise conversion
  • Provide insights on adviser behaviour, platform dynamics, and competitor positioning

Requirements:

  • Experience (4+ years): In financial services, ideally in working with IFAs, wealth management, platforms, or lending
  • Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to originate and close new business relationships
  • Adviser Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFAs, financial planners, and platform ecosystems
  • Commercial Mindset: Comfortable owning targets and driving revenue growth
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage, influence, and educate advisers effectively
  • Drive & Ownership: Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
