You will be responsible for originating, developing, and growing relationships with financial advisers, IFAs and planners to drive loan origination and expand the Firenze loan book.

The Adviser Partnerships Manager will focus on originating and growing adviser relationships via platform distribution (Model A). This is a commercially driven role with a strong emphasis on business development, sales execution, and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for building a pipeline of adviser firms, converting them into active users of Firenze, and driving consistent loan origination through education, engagement, and structured sales activity.

A key part of the role is education, enablement, and long‑term engagement. Revenue is driven through client adoption over time, rather than one‑off transactions, so building sustained usage is critical.

You will operate with a clear commercial mandate, working closely with the Head of Revenue, Credit, and Partnerships teams to embed Lombard lending into adviser workflows and create repeatable growth across platform ecosystems.
