Job Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing activities while also providing support in customer service when required. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, analysing and reporting performance, and contributing to the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth, while maintaining a flexible approach to assisting with customer enquiries during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Management
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives for both Firehub and Synergy Fire Engineering.
    • Manage social media channels, including content planning, creation, and scheduling.
    • Create engaging marketing materials, including email campaigns, website content, blogs, and promotional literature.
    • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
    • Manage and update the company website to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing activities.
    • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour.
    • Support and attend industry events and exhibitions.
    • Work closely with management to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Customer Service Support
    • Assist customers via telephone and email.
    • Respond professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries.
    • Help resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and communications.

  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
