Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, wage laws, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
- Adhere to and enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
- Operate shifts within guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
- Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing operation plans and company initiatives.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
- Ensure accurate completion of required programs, reports, and legal documents on schedule.
- Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
- Communicate effectively to the GM/Owner any issues that may impact business.
- Work up to 10 hours on feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
