At Firefish Software, we give recruiters the tech they need to thrive in a changing market - but staying ahead takes more than product innovation. We’re now looking for a Marketing Campaign Lead to drive multi-channel success and turn product feature releases into optimised campaigns that engage customers and prospects, driving pipeline and adoption. You’ll be hands-on with email, social, and paid channels, as well as leading the development of automation and nurture programs in HubSpot. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Senior Marketing Executive, Head of Partnerships, and Video Specialist to deliver campaigns and product marketing support.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid) to drive engagement and conversions. You will manage this by co-ordinating our campaign calendar which is aligned to product launches and quarterly themes.
- Collaborate with our team consisting of a Senior Content Marketing Executive, Head of Partnerships, and Video Specialist to deliver integrated campaigns that meet the defined goals and objectives.
- Be the marketing operations lead by taking a leadership role in owning our MarTech including HubSpot, Trello, and Webflow. This includes sequences, workflows, and automations for marketing and customer success.
- Track campaign performance across channels, report on KPIs, and recommend improvements ultimately looking at how much new pipeline is added to the sales funnel through new demos booked/deals created.
You’ll also:
- Work on key projects assigned to you that look to develop the marketing strategy, operations, and agenda aligned to Firefish’s 12- and 24-month goals.
- Partner with key stakeholders to manage and ensure performance of our Performance Marketing agency who control our Paid SEM and Paid Social activity including identifying and briefing test and learn opportunities.
- Be a member of the team who lends their face and voice to our video content to communicate new product features and business messages as needed.
You’ll excel if you have:
- Notable B2B marketing experience, even better if for a SaaS proposition, targeted at Small to Medium Businesses.
- Hands-on campaign execution across email, landing pages, social, and other digital channels.
- A strong hands-on performance marketing background will be important too.
- Strong experience in using HubSpot. We are looking for someone who has done more than send emails but used it to automate and drive more engagement through the sales and marketing funnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication style both internally and externally.
- An analytical mindset to look at data and make decisions, attention to detail, as well as a strong ability to edit copy across different channels.
We appreciate that to have a good life at work you need to have a good life outside of work too! So, for this role we offer:
- Base salary of up to £45,000
- Flexible, remote-first working allowing you to design your schedule around your priorities while staying connected during core hours
- Generous annual leave of 33 days (25 annual leave + 8 public holidays)
- Comprehensive medical cashback including optical, dental, therapy treatments and consultations up to £1,170 per year, plus additional allowance for dependent children
- Private healthcare and GP access, plus health club, retail, and lifestyle discounts to support your wellbeing
- Dedicated mental health support via a 24/7 helpline, face-to-face CBT sessions, and in-house mental health first aider
- Structured career development programmes, Career Journey Check-Ins and in-house coaches
- Reward and recognition schemes including peer kudos and Fish- and Team of the Month/Year awards
- Regular events both online and in person, and yes… plenty of fish puns!
