We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office admin to support the smooth running of our company operations. The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our projects and people on track by ordering materials, updating internal systems, and maintaining essential admin processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and distributing weekly order lists
- Gathering sustainability data and helping to report it
- General office admin: distributing post, handling returns, restocking stationery
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Coordinating company socials and internal events
- Asset admin and logging
- Filing delivery notes
- Organising couriers
- Ordering workshop materials / stock
- Assisting new employee onboarding
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production, events, or administrative support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Basic understanding of production processes, scenic construction, or events logistics
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, flexible, and professional approach to teamwork and client interaction
