Firecom BV is op zoek naar een agent/vertegenwoordiger voor de UK (provisie en/of uurtarief). Firecom B.V. is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, het onderhoud en de service van portofoons, portofoon-netwerken, oproepsystemen en alarmontvangers voor BHV, industrie, beveiliging, zorg en onderwijs. Het bedienen van Veiligheidsregio's in Nederland met onze oproepsystemen en alarmontvangers speelt een grote rol binnen Firecom B.V. Wij werken met gerenommeerde merken als Motorola, Kenwood, Swissphone, Procom, Hikvision en Avigilon. Door onze continue groei zoeken wij een agent/vertegenwoordiger die ons in het Verenigd Koninkrijk kan vertegenwoordigen.
Een ervaren professional met een sterke achtergrond binnen de brandweer in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, bij voorkeur zelf (parttime) brandweerman/-vrouw. De focus ligt eerst op Engeland, daarna Schotland, Wales en Noord-Ierland. We zoeken iemand met uitgebreide connecties binnen de brandweersector en een affiniteit met telecommunicatie en technische producten.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden voor de functie als agent/vertegenwoordiger:
- Actief benaderen van brandweerkorpsen en fire services.
- Onderhouden van klantcontacten met personen verantwoordelijk voor alarmering binnen de brandweer.
- Opstellen en indienen van aanbestedingen.
- Bezoeken van klanten en begeleiden van pilots.
- Samenwerken met de accountmanager Public Safety in Nederland.
- Maandelijkse rapportage over de voortgang.
Een samenwerking voor minimaal één jaar, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
Wat breng je mee voor deze functie?
- Uitgebreide ervaring binnen de brandweer in de UK.
- Je bent een oproepbare brandweer of je bent dit in het verleden geweest.
- Sterk netwerk binnen de brandweersector.
- Affiniteit met telecommunicatie en technische producten.
- Bereidheid om door het gehele Verenigd Koninkrijk te reizen.
- Wonend in Engeland en daarnaast beschikking over een eigen auto in Engeland om klanten te bezoeken.
