We are now looking for a Customer Success Team Member to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. This role is based at our Oakham office, with the option for hybrid working following successful completion of the probation period.

The Role

As a Customer Success Team Member, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring that orders, enquiries, and communications are handled efficiently and professionally. Focusing on customer satisfaction and timely delivery of service, you will create quotes using a standard pricing structure whilst collaborating with internal sales teams for larger, bespoke projects or key account orders.

A key element of the role involves building relationships with customers to enhance the service they receive and ensure their satisfaction. As the main point of contact, you will grow relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and drive referrals and growth. Additionally, you will:

  • Utilise multiple online platforms for order processing and management
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
  • Handle and resolve product issues

About You

To be considered as a Customer Success Team Member, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer success or similar role
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as ScrewFix and Amazon
  • The ability to foster long-term customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
  • A confident, personable phone manner and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
